Episode 1: The Power of Yes

On the first episode of Season 2, Noah conducts a live interview with Rabbi, Spiritual Director, Poet and Author Karyn Kedar. Rabbi Kedar has served as Rabbi of BJBE in Deerfield Illinois for the past 19 years and will be retiring from that position this year. In their conversation they dove deep into the creative process and it's connection to the spiritual journey. Rabbi Kedar talks about how she was brought up with the 'Power of Yes' in her home and how she has taken that motto into her creative and professional life through the years.

Noah weaves his latest music throughout the episode and offers a guided meditation in preparation for the interview.


Episode 2: Below the Surface

On today's episode Noah interviews Shamata Vapassa and Breathwork coach Jenna Reiss and they discuss the importance of developing tools for accessing what lies beneath our conscious awareness. Noah discusses his struggles with examining his own darkness and how resistance comes up for him in his artistic journey.


Episode 3: Embodying Freedom

On today's episode, Noah interview's Amber Ryan, a movement teacher, embodiment leader and co-creator of the 360 Emergence. They discuss the power of movement to set us free and the healing potential of a free-form movement practice.

Noah leads a brief movement practice after opening up about his struggle in taking a break from his daily routines and how challenging it is to get back on the creativity horse.


Episode 4: Listening to the Body

This week Noah interviews focusing coach Annette Dubreuil and they discuss the value of examining micro-movements in the body and the wisdom that comes up from truly listening deeply.
